Ranch Hand / Farm Maintenance Technician We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working with horses and is comfortable performing a variety of ranch and property maintenance tasks. While we are willing to teach horse handling and daily equine care, applicants must have experience operating tractors and farm equipment. Responsibilities Provide daily care for horses, including feeding, watering, and general barn duties (training provided if needed) Safely operate tractors and other farm equipment Build, repair, and maintain fencing Install and repair water lines, piping, and other ranch infrastructure Perform general property maintenance and groundskeeping Complete additional ranch and maintenance projects as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Previous equine experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Experience operating tractors is required Knowledge of fencing, plumbing/piping, and general property maintenance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn Strong work ethic and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining a well-kept property, and have the skills we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
