The Irrigator II will assist in efforts to monitor soil moisture levels, assess water distribution, and troubleshoot system issues to maintain optimal irrigation performance. Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in irrigation within an agricultural setting Experience with irrigation system operation and maintenance Strong understanding of soil science, hydrology, and crop water management

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in irrigation technology or related agricultural training Experience with different types of irrigation systems such as drip irrigation, center pivot systems, and automated control systems Familiarity with sustainable water management practices and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, implementing, and overseeing irrigation schedules and systems tailored to specific crop and soil requirements Monitor soil moisture and weather forecasts and adjust water distribution to crops accordingly Ensure that irrigation systems are functioning properly and efficiently Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of the farm
