As an Irrigation Technician, you will be at the forefront of irrigation management, ensuring systems operate efficiently and effectively to support vibrant landscaping and lawn care. Duties Install new irrigation systems, including piping, sprinklers, valves, controllers, and automated control systems Perform routine maintenance and system repairs to ensure optimal operation of irrigation equipment Troubleshoot system issues using electrical diagnostics and system troubleshooting techniques Conduct excavation work for installation and repair projects with proper safety procedures Manage irrigation schedules and adjustments to optimize water efficiency based on soil science and landscape needs Collaborate with clients to provide expert advice on irrigation management, landscaping integration, and system upgrades Utilize hand tools and power tools for installation, repairs, and adjustments of irrigation components Perform seasonal inspections and testing of irrigation systems to prevent malfunctions and improve performance Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in irrigation system installation and repair projects Strong understanding of electrical diagnostics related to automated irrigation control systems Hands-on experience with excavation, trenching, and working with hand tools and power tools Knowledge of landscaping principles, horticulture, soil science, and lawn care practices Ability to troubleshoot complex irrigation system issues efficiently and accurately Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions Familiarity with irrigation management software or control systems is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various equipment safely Join us as an Irrigation Technician where your technical skills meet your passion for outdoor landscapes!
