Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Irrigation Technician to join our dynamic landscape maintenance team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems that ensure healthy, vibrant lawns and landscapes. Your expertise will help optimize water efficiency and promote lush, thriving outdoor spaces. Duties Install, inspect, and repair irrigation systems across various landscape sites using hand tools and power tools Troubleshoot issues with sprinkler heads, valves, pumps, and controllers to ensure proper operation Perform routine maintenance on irrigation equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan Collaborate with landscaping teams to integrate irrigation solutions seamlessly into overall landscape design Operate excavators and other construction equipment for system installation or repairs in hard-to-reach areas Conduct regular system audits to identify leaks or malfunctions and implement corrective actions Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system updates for ongoing maintenance tracking Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair irrigation components Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general landscaping practices Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators Knowledge of horticulture principles related to healthy plant growth and water management Ability to read technical diagrams and irrigation system layouts accurately Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients Join us as an Irrigation Technician and play a key role in creating stunning landscapes that flourish through innovative water management!
