This position plays a key role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance and water efficiency across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on irrigation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems including pipes, valves, sprinkler heads, drip lines, and controllers Perform system start-ups, winterizations, and seasonal maintenance Conduct routine inspections to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctioning components Troubleshoot and repair 2-wire irrigation systems, including locating wire faults and decoder issues Program and adjust irrigation controllers to optimize watering schedules Work with landscaping crews to ensure proper system installation and functionality Maintain clean and organized job sites Document work performed and materials used Follow safety procedures when operating tools and equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members Stay current on irrigation technologies and best practices Qualifications Previous irrigation experience required Experience with 2-wire irrigation systems preferred Knowledge of irrigation controllers and system programming Ability to read irrigation plans and wiring diagrams preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Schedule Monday - Friday Some Saturdays as needed Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Overtime opportunities during peak season Training and development opportunities
