A Farm, Nursery, or Greenhouse Worker propagates, cultivates and harvests plants, primarily flowers, trees, shrubs and sod, and other crops such as mushrooms that are grown in greenhouses, or grows and harvests farm crops such as grain, fruit or vegetables. Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.

The Farm Help will be involved working as a team to complete daily tasks for the facility. Which involve in tending to livestock, poultry, horses, the grounds, repairing and maintaining farm buildings, fences and machinery, and other farm-related duties. The farm help will be involved completing daily tasks which include but are not limited to barn cleaning, feeding & watering of animals. Previous experience taking care of livestock is preferred. The ideal candidate will be aligned with the five elements of our entrepreneurial culture: 1) be bold and decisive, 2) never give up, 3) be solution-oriented, 4) be loyal, and 5) do the impossible.Key Responsibilities :
o Cleaning stalls daily o Feed and water animals of the farm. Which may include but not limited to Horses, Dogs, Poultry, and livestock animals which may include but not limited to Cows, Sheep, Goats, Rabbits, etc. o Daily health checks and grooming of animals. o Halter training cows and horses. o Perform animal breeding and raising procedures. o Contribute to maintain cleanliness of the facility. o upkeep cleanliness and organization of the barns, chicken coops, dog kennels, etc. o General maintenance, upkeep, and improving of animal facilities. Which may include but limited to fencing, painting, gates, weed eating, mowing, unloading, and loading hay/straw, building structures, etc. etc. o Ability to operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery and self-propelled machinery for plowing, fertilizing, spraying, etc.Requirements:
- Be invested in the farm lifestyle.
- Self-starter possessing great multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to undertake heavy manual labor.
- Act in accordance with farm's policies and in alignment with the farm's culture.
- Willing to learn something new every day.
- Weekend Availability required.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+ daily.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Adhere to a schedule.
