Facilities and Property Maintenance Technician Hunt Club Farm is looking for a reliable and hardworking Facilities and Property Maintenance Technician to support the daily upkeep of the farm's buildings, grounds, and operational areas. The ideal candidate will help ensure the property remains safe, efficient, and well maintained through a combination of maintenance work, repairs, and hands-on labor. Key Duties Complete routine maintenance, repair work, and site improvement projects throughout the farm property, including buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas. Maintain roads, pathways, landscaped areas, and other operational spaces to ensure a clean and functional environment. Assist with preparing, setting up, and dismantling equipment and materials for events and seasonal activities. Handle the loading, unloading, and transportation of supplies such as hay, straw, plants, and other farm-related inventory. Provide support for a variety of farm operations and respond to changing priorities as business needs evolve. Perform tasks in areas where livestock and farm animals may be present. Required Qualifications Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and extended hours when needed, with workloads varying by season (typically 30-50 hours per week). Experience safely operating a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, tractors, blowers, chainsaws, lifts, skid steers, drills, and saws. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and general property upkeep. Ability to follow instructions while also working independently with minimal supervision. Background in carpentry or electrical work is a plus, though not mandatory. Must possess a valid driver's license. Physical Demands Ability to lift, move, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds. Ability to frequently bend, squat, kneel, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Pay:
