Your Opportunity Compensation:
$16.20 hourly The Farm Equipment Operator works in the farming department operating various farm equipment, with seasonal and workload fluctuations. Core Responsibilities Operates various farm equipment for tilling, planting and cultivating. Work practices must emphasize safety, efficiency, and thoroughness. Responsible for understanding and complying with company EMS policies and procedures in the performance of their job duties. Responsible for following all environmental laws and procedures to which Murphy-Brown LLC subscribes. Reports all environmental issues immediately to their supervisor. Work with minimal supervision. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. High School diploma or GED preferred. Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, CDL preferred Ability to operate various farm equipment for tilling, planting and cultivating. Willing to learn how to operate multiple types of farm equipment. Work schedule includes early start; often days are longer than 8 hours Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
