Legendary Crossings is a reputable tier 3 cannabis farm based in Arlington, WA. We take pride in producing high-quality cannabis products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about the cannabis industry and eager to contribute to our success.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a full time (Seasonal) Hybrid worker who can mainly help processing during weekdays and garden team on the weekends. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of the cannabis cultivation process. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to producing exceptional cannabis products. This is a seasonal Job and can Guarantee employment until at least the end of November. It has the potential for permanent role. The shift is Saturday to Wednesday.

Responsibilities:

Bucking, Trimming, and sorting of finished product Assist with planting, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants according to established procedures Monitor plant health and report any signs of disease or pests to the supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with regulatory standards Operate and maintain cultivation equipment, ensuring proper functionality Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for watering, feeding, and fertilizing plants Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or horticulture preferred, but not necessary. Previous experience with general contracting/construction preferred, but not necessary. Must be able to lift 50lbs consistently Be able work in a greenhouse environment in temperatures that can exceed 90 degrees Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a two valid forms of Identification Reliable method getting to and from work.
