Operates and maintains equipment used to grow and harvest plants and crops. Cares for animals including dairy cows or chickens, pigs or other animals raised for meat.
Seasonal Cannabis Harvest Crew - 2026 We're hiring dependable, hardworking team members to help with our 2026 cannabis harvest season in Deming. This is a hands-on seasonal, 1099 position for people who don't mind physical work, being on their feet, and working both indoors and outdoors as the harvest progresses.

Reliable transportation to and from the Deming worksite is required What You'll Be Doing As part of the harvest crew, you'll assist with a variety of tasks throughout the harvest and processing process, including: Harvesting cannabis plants designated for fresh-frozen and biomass processing Cutting and preparing plants for harvest Hanging plants to dry Helping keep work areas clean, orderly, and ready for production Following established safety procedures and workplace requirements Following all applicable cannabis industry compliance guidelines Assisting the team wherever needed to keep the harvest moving efficiently What We're Looking For The right candidate is dependable, willing to work hard, and comfortable with physical, hands-on work. You should be prepared to spend extended periods standing, walking, lifting, and working in changing conditions.
Requirements include:
Must be 21 years of age or older Reliable transportation to and from Deming Ability to work a full-time seasonal schedule Ability to remain on your feet and physically active for extended periods Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Willingness to work in rain, cooler temperatures, sunshine, and other changing weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Good attention to detail Ability to follow directions, safety procedures, and compliance requirements Previous experience in agriculture, farming, harvesting, or the cannabis industry is helpful, but not required. We're willing to train candidates who bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
