Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Trimmer and other roles, and play a vital role in preparing premium cannabis products for market. In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will meticulously trim, manicure, and process cannabis buds to ensure they meet quality standards and aesthetic appeal. This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative industry while honing your horticultural skills. Your keen eye for detail, passion for plant care, will contribute directly to our mission of delivering top-quality products to our customers. Duties Carefully trim and manicure cannabis buds using hand tools such as scissors, shears, and trimming machines to achieve optimal appearance and quality Remove excess leaves, stems, and debris to enhance product presentation and potency Sort and categorize plants based on size, quality, and maturity levels Assist with plant maintenance tasks including watering, pruning, and supporting healthy growth Maintain cleanliness of trimming areas and ensure compliance with safety standards Conduct visual inspections to identify plant health issues or pests and report findings promptly Support harvesting processes by handling freshly cut plants with care during the trimming phase Experience Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, or farming environments is highly preferred Knowledge of plant identification, growth cycles, and basic plant care techniques Hands-on experience with greenhouse or outdoor cultivation settings is a plus Mechanical knowledge of hand tools and trimming equipment is beneficial Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care, landscaping, or agriculture enhances your suitability for this role Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during harvests or when handling large plants Basic math skills for measuring plant parts or calculating quantities required for processing Join us if you're passionate about plants, thrive in outdoor work environments, and are eager to develop your skills in the exciting world of cannabis cultivation.
