Team Member - Cascade Greenhouse Join our team at Cascade Greenhouse and be part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment surrounded by plants, people, and positive energy. We're looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work, stay busy, and help create a welcoming, high-quality experience for our customers. What You'll Do Help create and maintain beautiful plant displays that make the greenhouse feel alive and inviting Keep plants looking healthy, vibrant, and retail-ready Assist with loading and unloading plants, soil, and materials Move carts, organize inventory, and keep the space clean and efficient Work alongside a team to keep the greenhouse running smoothly during busy days Provide friendly, helpful customer interactions when needed What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and ability to stay busy without constant direction Positive attitude and team-first mindset Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for long periods Able to lift and carry plants, soil, and materials regularly Willingness to take instruction and eagerness to learn Good energy, someone who shows up ready to work and contribute Requirements Availability on Saturday , Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday (required) Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Able to lift 30-50 pounds Why Cascade Greenhouse?
