Seasonal Agriculture Worker Waupaca, WI 54981 Full-time Full-time Join our dynamic agricultural team as a Seasonal Agriculture Worker and be a vital part of our seasonal operations. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, operating farm machinery . You'll contribute to the success of our farming operations by performing hands-on tasks that keep the farm running smoothly and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities Equipment Operation:
Operate tractors equipped with Power Take-Off (PTO) systems and manage manure pit tasks.
System Monitoring:
Adjust PTO speed manually according to specific tractor output and monitor high-pressured booster pumps.
Hose Management:
Assist in setting up, laying out, moving, and retrieving miles of drag line hose.
Maintenance:
Maintain critical air compressors, pumps, and related farm infrastructure.
Sanitation & Safety:
Spread and clean up sawdust to maintain safe, clean roadways, and monitor designated dumpsters.
Qualifications & Requirements Physical Capability:
Must be able to tolerate working outdoors in all weather conditions and comfortably lift 50-60 lbs.
Experience:
General farm or agricultural machinery experience is preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate!
License:
A valid, standard driver's license is required.
Traits:
