The Project Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Watertown, WI. Responsibilities include implementing, monitoring, regulating, and recording project details. Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint as well as interest in Horticulture a must.

Qualifications:

Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Candidates should possess proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic data entry skills. Candidates should possess attention to detail and problem-solving skills to accurately maintain records and support project tracking. Relevant qualifications include the ability to work on-site full time in Watertown, WI, and to stand, walk, and move between office and facility areas as needed. Interest in gardening, farming, landscaping, or greenhouse work preferred. Knowledge of organic growing systems, pests, or diseases a plus.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced and changing work environment. Ability to adapt readily to change in assignments. Outdoor and greenhouse settings depending on season. Exposure to weather, agricultural equipment, fertilizers, pests, and water systems. Hands-on, physical work including lifting, bending, kneeling, and extended standing.
