This vital role involves supervising maintenance, managing equipment repairs, and ensuring the smooth operation of farm machinery and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess some hands-on experience, or
BE WILLING TO TRAIN.
Responsibilities Supervise maintenance team members, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of projects Perform and oversee repairs on farm machinery, power tools, and hand tools to keep operations running smoothly Assist with animal handling, care, and ensuring proper living conditions for livestock and equine animals, or
WILLING TO LEARN
Operate heavy machinery such as farm equipment safely and efficiently Implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan Requirements Coachable attitude, English speaking, clean vocabulary. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance tasks, simple carpentry, ladder safety, basic electric and plumbing, painting, or
WILLING TO LEARN
Familiarity with large animals

Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and tractors safely, or
