Job Description

Join us in the stunning North Lake Tahoe region as a key team member to resurrect a historic Alpine restaurant space alongside Michelin-Starred Chef Mark Sullivan. After a 5-year, state-of-the-art renovation, we are seeking a long-term partnership with a passionate Wine and Service professional who desires to live and work in a mountain environment and pursue their craft at the highest service and hospitality levels. This is a unique, custom-built and designed restaurant, luxurious and comfortable in equal measure, with all of the bells and whistles: a subterranean, stone-walled wine cellar, and plenty of additional wine storage space. Independently owned and operated, Mark and Alison Sullivan are veterans of delivering Michelin-level experiences. We are seeking a dedicated pro who wants to partner with our vision: a one-of-a kind restaurant launch with national recognition. We want you to get creative. Build and curate an opening Wine Program that leans into Alpine and High-Altitude selections. Let's go for a Grand Wine Award. Dom by the glass, anyone? Salary + sales commission, benefits, and educational stipend are negotiable pending experience.

Qualifications:
5 years of FOH fine-dining managerial experience, Michelin-starred experience is a plus. Passionate knowledge of wine programs, ordering, and inventory systems. Experience with pricing, costing, and meeting budget targets. Demonstrated ability to lead and train a team with excellence.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
