If that sounds like work worth doing, we would like to meet you. What You'll Do As a Farm & Contractor Sales Associate, you will be someone our customers can count on at the counter.
Your responsibilities will include:
Helping contractors, farmers, and owner-builders find products Answering customer questions Operating the point-of-sale register Learning our products, departments, and store layout Stocking, facing, and organizing shelves Helping maintain a clean, orderly, and professional store Supporting the rest of the Farmland Hardware team as needed Schedule Part-time position Approximately 25-30 hours per week Every other Saturday required No Sundays What We Offer Employee discount on store purchases Product and hardware training Consistent part-time hours A hardworking, dependable team A workplace where people show up, work hard, and go home on time Sundays off ; no exceptions
Requirements:
Positive attitude and pleasant personality Accuracy and attention to detail Be comfortable using a basic computer and point-of-sale system Work well independently and as part of a team Hardware, construction, farming, or retail experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train someone who is dependable, honest, and ready to learn.
