SUMMARY The Dairy Manager supervises department operations including but not limited to maximizing gross margins, promoting sales, controlling inventory and expenses. The Dairy Manager responsibilities cover the overall operation and success of the Dairy department while fostering the Harvest Market culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivers superior guest service and ensures absolute customer satisfaction Learns and uses the three
E's:
Engagement, Educate, Empowerment Manages planograms/shelf management based on the demands of new and current product movement. Continuously monitors dairy trends Adds new items to department as requested Develops relationships with makers and producer. Organizes and effectively supervises daily/weekly work plan based on budgeted sales and profit Aggressively pursues sales by planning and effectively executes merchandising and daily operational plans Quality assurance checks of department Proper handling and rotation of product Responsible for budgeted sales, gross profit, labor and CTO. Trains and develops team Promotes and supports established programs Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness Communicates with and receives product from approved vendors Promotes sales Work within company programs, policies and procedures Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model Other duties as assigned

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
