An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential duties: Plan schedules and dispatch drivers, monitor routes, and proactively plan to avoid delays or interruptions Helping keep an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse Answering calls, monitor emails, troubleshoot shipment issues, compile drivers' paperwork, and ensure our customers are serviced in a timely manner Coordinate with customers and drivers for timely pick-ups and deliveries Receiving and cataloging merchandise for delivery or return Collect products from the warehouse and safely loading onto trucks and vice versa Guarantee both fuel and nonfuel deliveries are being dispatched as efficiently as possible. Develop and inspire the safest culture possible throughout the facility. Work with safety department to make sure all employee trainings are completed timely. Guarantee product integrity is a continued focus. Required Skills, Qualifications, & Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar field Proficient with Microsoft Excel and able to learn Lott Oil Company ERP system Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records Must have strong detail orientation and high accuracy level A strong work ethic and high level of integrity Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy 1-2 years of dispatch experience preferred Knowledge of operating a forklift Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 75 pounds Great verbal and written communication Benefits Nationally Recognized Health Insurance 401K & 401K Matching Health Reimbursement Account 96 Hours of PTO after 90 Days 176 Hours of PTO at 1 Year Time in Service Paid Sabbatical Leave Employer Paid Life Insurance Equal Opportunity Employer Lott Oil Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
