Part time About Boston Microgreens Boston Microgreens is a local farm supplying fresh, high-quality microgreens to restaurants, distributors, and food businesses. We pride ourselves on reliability, strong relationships, and hands-on teamwork from seed to delivery. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sales & Delivery Specialist to support business growth and daily operations. This role combines sales, customer relationship management, delivery logistics, and light farm work. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. Key Responsibilities In person restaurant door to door sales, onboard new restaurant accounts Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage customer orders, delivery routes, and schedule changes Perform regular deliveries to restaurants and distributors Communicate clearly with clients regarding availability, pricing, and order updates Assist with harvest and packaging days Support general farm operations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and well-organized Clean driving record, drivers license and comfortable driving in the city Comfortable with moderate physical labor Ability to manage schedules and adapt to changes Prior sales, delivery, or food service experience is a plus (but not required) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay or salary (based on experience) Consistent schedule with some flexibility Opportunity to grow with a small, expanding local business Hands-on experience in sales, logistics, and farm operations How to Apply Please send a brief introduction and resume to and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
