Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Elevator Location Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of FCE Elevator facilities. The Elevator Location Manager will coordinate with operators employees, monitor equipment performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.   • Sole ownership and responsibility for day-to-day operations of your elevator facility
  • Supervise, lead, and develop assigned full-time and part-time elevator employees
  • Weighing and grading of in-bound and outbound grain using both computer and manual tools to measure the grain and record it.
  • Unloading trucks and railcars, use of approved tools/method(s) to open the door on a truck or trailer to allow the grain out.
  • Operation and preventative maintenance of a variety of equipment associated with day-to-day operation of a grain handling facility, including front end loaders, tractors, augers etc.
  • Housekeeping of grain elevator and grounds, general maintenance of equipment using appropriate tools/methods to conform to company expectations.
  • Maintaining all records and paperwork.
  • Must work in confined space areas with respiratory and fall protection as required.
  • Provides professional Customer Service
  • All other duties assigned by management.
  • Able to handle a demanding schedule including long shifts and Extended hours during peak Seasons.
  • Pay based upon experience Grain Elevator Operations Experience preferred
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
