Missouri , Columbia Job Description A well-established company in the ag industry is looking for a Farm Manager for their company in Colorado. This company is very progressive, and not only looking for someone involved in day-to-day operations, but also someone who will fit in within their culture. They see high value on employee development and creating a good environment for their employees to work in.Requirements:
A strong on farm ops management experience Row crop experience (mostly wheat, corn, milo) Can build and maintain relationships with vendors. Dealing with logistics Delegating tasks, On farm experience, Agronomy side of the business, and capital purchases, grain marketing Strong tech/computer knowledge. Personality and ethics can trump some of the experience. They place a high emphasis on communication and support. Looking for someone who wants long term, rewards for long term, where everyone has a voice. Try as best they can to give people a work/life balance.
