Job Description

About the Opportunity A well-established and rapidly growing cultivation organization is seeking an experienced Director of Cultivation to lead and optimize large-scale cultivation operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cultivation strategy, production planning, plant health, environmental controls, team leadership, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in commercial cultivation, agricultural production, horticulture, greenhouse operations, or controlled environment agriculture. Key Responsibilities Lead all cultivation operations from propagation through harvest. Develop and execute cultivation strategies to maximize yield, quality, and consistency. Manage cultivation teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Oversee environmental controls, irrigation systems, nutrient programs, and integrated pest management practices. Establish and maintain production schedules to meet business objectives. Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams on forecasting, inventory planning, budgeting, and operational goals. Maintain accurate production records and operational reporting. Drive process improvements focused on efficiency, quality, cost control, and scalability.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
