Foreman (Plant Health Care / Integrated Pest Management), you will have the opportunity to take ownership of a growing program, shape a team, and play a key role in building the future of our PHC division. Responsibilities Lead field operations for Plant Health Care and Integrated Pest Management programs Diagnose plant health issues and implement effective IPM strategies Apply treatments for insects, diseases, soil health, and fertilization with precision and professionalism Communicate findings, recommendations, and results clearly to clients Set and uphold standards for quality, safety, and efficiency in PHC work Train and mentor technicians as the team expands Assist in developing processes, schedules, and best practices for a scalable PHC program Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing new team members Take ownership of program development and continuous improvement Qualifications Experience in plant health care, integrated pest management, arboriculture, or turf/ornamental care Strong diagnostic skills in identifying insects, diseases, and environmental stress factors Applicators license or ability to obtain one quickly Demonstrated leadership mindset with a desire to help others improve Professional communication skills with clients and team members Motivation to grow, build, and lead within the organization Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Clear path for advancement into higher leadership roles Opportunity to build and lead your own team Supportive company culture that values expertise and initiative A role where your impact is visible and meaningful Offered compensation: $19/yr - $22/yr Experience and License Requirements Applicators license Integrated Pest Management Plant Health CareSimilar jobs in Oklahoma City, OK
