Job Description

Rooster Ag' is looking for a business unit manager to head up its Farm Management Division. This individual must have an in depth understanding of agriculture along with business administration and sales skills to ensure that all necessary aspects of the job are being completed in a timely and professional manner. Necessary Skills/Requirements Agriculture background Education
  • at least a high school diploma
  • bachelors degree would be preferred Individuals with prior farm management experience will be highly considered Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • emails, spread sheets, invoicing, document creation, etc.
High organizational skills Strong communication skills Must be able to handle pressure Job Description Building long term relationships with clients Sales Establishing fair rents Consistent communication with clients Managing employees Bookkeeping Document creation Process improvements Collecting & analyzing data Project management Field viewing Detailed file keeping
