A Farm or Ranch Manager manages operations at a farm or ranch. Directs crop production and management of livestock herds and supervises farm workers who grow and harvest crops or tend to farm animals. Purchases supplies such as seed, fertilizer or animal feed, operates and repairs farm equipment, and maintains facilities. Monitors prices and adapts production as needed due to market changes, weather conditions or other factors.

Job Description
Responsible for all shift operations, including maintenance oversight.
Ensure shift staffing and assist supervisors in training, coaching, and leading their teams.
Ensure the production and yield requirements are met.
Ensure all GMP and safety procedures are enforced. Monitor and control budget spending, managing resources within the goals set forth. All other relevant tasks to the job. Bachelors degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science or other closely related field preferred.
7+ years supervisory and management experience within the poultry plant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept with technology, computers, and math and analytical skills.
