Job Description

Cigar Town & Lounge Franklin Farm is looking for a reliable and personable full-time Store Manager / Store Lead to run the store day-to-day. This is a customer-facing retail position where you will often be working the store independently and making sure the shop and lounge are clean, organized, and running smoothly. No previous cigar experience or cigar knowledge is required. We are happy to train the right person. This role is not responsible for major backend operations, hiring, payroll, or managing a large team. Ownership handles the larger business decisions. We are looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and comfortable taking care of the store during their shift.
Responsibilities:
Open and/or close the store as scheduled Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Assist customers with product selection Operate the register and handle transactions Check IDs and follow all tobacco sales requirements Keep the store and lounge clean, organized, and welcoming Restock shelves and maintain product displays Monitor product levels and communicate when items are running low Learn basic cigar product knowledge over time Make sure customers are comfortable in the lounge Handle basic customer questions or issues professionally Communicate with ownership about any store needs, issues, or updates
Qualifications:
No cigar experience required Retail or customer service experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working independently Friendly and professional with customers Organized and able to keep the store running smoothly Willing to learn about premium cigars and tobacco products Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Must be 21 years or older due to tobacco sales requirements
