Job Description

About Us:

We are a unique agritourism destination blending rustic farm charm with premium guest hospitality. We are looking for energetic, animal-loving, and community-minded individuals to join our team for the season. Available Roles, Shifts & Pay:

1. Full-Time Farm Manager ($19.00/hour): A driven, outgoing, and highly organized leader. This role oversees weekly inventory, plans guest activities, and ensures the property is fully prepared for camp days. This position can cover either the weekday or weekend shifts detailed below. 2. Weekday Evening Assistant (Part-Time - $17.00/hour): Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (with occasional 2:00/3:00 PM starts). Primarily customer-facing—helping guests with activities, check-ins, and property needs, while being comfortable handling our resident farm animals. 3. Weekend Farmhand & Activity Support (Part-Time - $17.00/hour): Saturdays & Sundays, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Managing guest check-ins, setting up unique activities, interacting with visitors, and being the go-to person on property. 4. Weekend Turnover & Cleaning (Part-Time - $17.00/hour): Saturdays & Sundays, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Ensuring our guest accommodations are sparkling clean and perfectly staged for incoming arrivals.

Full-Time Manager:

Heavily discounted rent (~$500/mo) to live on-site.

For Part-Time Staff:

Opportunity to rent our second studio space at a competitive rate (normally $800/mo, open to discussion based on hours worked).

Note:

A great personality fit and alignment with our team culture is required for on-site living.
