MINIMUM REQUIREMENT BS/BA
in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology and or an earth science-related field 10+ years' experience, including 2 years of leadership, as a Project Manager of federal projects and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and /or education Due to the nature of the work, US citizenship is requiredPREFERRED REQUIREMENT USACE MMRP
experience performing CWM remediation operations. Thorough knowledge ofUSACE EP
75-1-3 and been involved with the development and implementation of a DDESB-approved Chemical Safety Submission (CSS) to conduct CWM removal actions. 5+ years' experience managing CWM task order work for USACE Huntsville Center strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both oral and written Organizational management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work Experienced on MMR programs, including CWM and advanced geophysical classification Experience managing CWM projects for the USACE Huntsville Center and/or Redstone Arsenal. Demonstrated proposal-writing skills, Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals Demonstrated ability to market and win work successfully and effectively Advanced knowledge of DoD andUSACE MMR
