Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Rocky Mount McDonalds. The Assistant Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonalds critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The AGM works with his/her leader to set the restaurants goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
