• Performing routine fish identification duties under close supervision, including coded-wire tagging, fin clipping, and other marking techniques.
• Assisting the Lead and hatchery staff with quality inspections and the transfer of fish from ponds or net pens to the trailer.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including trailers, restrooms, and breakrooms. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Are willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, and can adapt to various tasks as needed.
• Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control in fish marking processes.
