Join the L'Aventure Team! L'Aventure is a family-owned winery nestled on the west side of Paso Robles. We're seeking a part-time Hospitality Attendant to join our team on weekends and provide shift coverage as needed. Our tasting room offers a fun and educational environment where we share our passion for wine with visitors. About the Role We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and confident individual who can create a welcoming experience while promoting L'Aventure wines. The ideal candidate will share our story, winemaking process, and philosophy with guests in a knowledgeable and engaging way.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming and engaging experience for all guests. Pour and present wine tastings efficiently and professionally. Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining guest preferences and account notes. Focus on sales and actively promote wine club signups. Process transactions and maintain inventory accuracy. Keep the tasting room clean and organized.
Qualifications:
Previous wine, hospitality, or sales experience Familiarity with POS systems like Commerce7 (a plus but not necessary) and reservation system like TOCK. Ability to lift 50 lbs Must work weekends/holidays. Must be 21 years old or older.
Pay:
Starting at $19/hour, with higher pay based on experience, plus commission and tips.
