Key Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure a safe and efficient restaurant environment Manage inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste Coordinate with vendors and team members to support smooth restaurant operations Qualifications & Skills Work 35-40 hours / week 30-35 hours in store operations 5-10 hours of non-operational time.
