Overview Join our vibrant indoor family entertainment center as a Team Member, where you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages. We are looking for positive energy, fist bumps, high fives and cheers from staff to customers. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with their entertainment experience, ensuring a fun and safe environment. Responsible for ringing up customers and issuing out color wrist bands, tokens with correct groups written on it. Giving out helmets and sanitizing used helmets after every ride. Giving safety briefings. Ensuring, and monitoring the safety of all drivers on the track Catering to booked parties, checking on them to ensure they have what they need Follow safety and sanitation standards of all the game zones and food areas. Operate Clover POS systems for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling. Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist with bussing tables or clearing different zones. Enforce safety protocols and ensure guests follow rules for a safe and fun-filled experience. Assist with general maintenance and organization of the facility to ensure smooth operations. Skills Effective communicator Good team worker Dependable Able to work under pressure Familiarity with Clover POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and managing transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Previous experience in family friendly entertainment avenues is advantageous. Friendly attitude with a team-oriented mindset focused on creating an enjoyable guest experience. Pay:
$16.90 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
