The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations during events, providing customer service, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities Operate photobooth. Ensure all details are managed effectively. Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Manage guest services, Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, maintaining financial integrity throughout events. Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas are well-staffed and operational during events. Utilize conflict management skills to address any disputes or concerns from guests promptly and professionally. Engage with guests through public speaking when necessary, providing information about events or activities. Ensure safety protocols are followed, especially in environments involving children or water activities Experience Previous experience in events management or hospitality is preferred. Strong background in customer service and guest services roles. Experience with cash handling and financial transactions is essential. Familiarity with working in environments such as weddings, backyard parties, company parties etc Excellent public speaking skills to engage with diverse audiences effectively.
