Prime IV Hydration & Wellness—Cherry Creek (201 Steele St, Ste 1H, Denver, CO) Seeking motivated, experienced Paramedics to join our medical team at Prime IV Hydration and Wellness! Ideal Candidate Ideal Candidate MUST be flexible in scheduling Proficient with starting IV's Up to date Paramedic license ACLS required IV Therapy Experience Preferred Minimum Requirements We are looking for candidates with a strong interest in health and wellness. We are open Wednesday - Sunday. Shift hours are generally 10:00am-6:00pm on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday and 10:00am-2:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Selected candidate will be trained on site by our team. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Autonomy & Professional Integrity Comfortable working independently and managing solo shifts, while consistently following protocols and upholding a strong commitment to both medical excellence and personal integrity. Client Experience, Intake & Consultation Deliver a positive and welcoming environment by greeting clients with warmth and authenticity. Provide thorough intakes and consultations while ensuring safety and protocol compliance. Initiate IV access and maintain a 90% IV success (stick) rate. Educate clients on services, make thoughtful recommendations, and support business growth through service enhancements and membership education Clinical Preparation, Administration & Compliance Provide therapy administration in compliance with internal protocols and USP 797 standards. Prepare IV bags, including compounding and measuring injectables, and administer services to clients. Monitor client comfort throughout the session, perform periodic checks, and complete IV removal and post-service cleanup. Stocking, Cleaning & Facility Standards Ensure consistent stocking of supplies and maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready environment. Keep all spa areas presentable and aligned with safety and operational standards. Front Office Operations & Client Flow Answer phones, schedule appointments, send intake paperwork, and manage client check-in and check-out. Ensure accurate payment processing and smooth daily client flow.
