Job Description

Join our team for a rewarding, high-energy position working on the trail every day. This is a fun and fast-paced outdoor job, but it's also hands-on, physically demanding, customer facing, and requires a strong work ethic. Expect long days, a bit of dirt, and a lot of teamwork—perfect for those who take pride in hard work and bring a positive attitude to everything they do.
Schedule & Pay:
4 days on / 3 days off each week Base pay: $18/hour
Tips:
Average $30•40 per day
Overtime:
Time and a half (approximately 0-5 hours of OT per week)
Typical Schedule:
Shirts between 6:30am•2:30 PM and 2:30pm•8pm or 2:30-10:00 PM Position runs through
September/October Responsibilities:
Instruct guests on safe ATV operation and ensure compliance Take turns monitoring trails using a side-by-side vehicle Perform trail clean up and trail maintenance as needed Haul equipment to and from the trail everyday. Load and unload the equipment.
Requirements:
Experience pulling and backing trailers is required Comfortable operating 1-ton diesel trucks with 36-foot bumper-pull trailers carrying high-value equipment. Basic mechanical skills are a plus, but not required Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor We're looking for dependable, honest, and hardworking individuals who enjoy connecting with people and working in a beautiful mountain environment. A positive attitude and team-first mindset are essential.
