Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Clubhouse Attendant and become the welcoming face of our vibrant recreational facility! In this energetic role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the clubhouse, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and support a variety of events and activities. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for visitors of all ages while maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of events and activities held at the clubhouse Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and handle guest concerns with professionalism and positivity Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems for food, beverages, or merchandise sales Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the clubhouse, including outdoor spaces and food service areas Must be 21yrs+ and able to work Closings, Weekends and Holidays Experience Previous experience in Golf / Clubhouse preferred but not required Proven ability in guest services within hospitality or recreation environments Background in retail sales, food service, or resort operations demonstrates versatility and customer focus Familiarity with POS systems for processing cash transactions ensures efficient sales operations
