Lead Guide - Revolution Adventures Are you an experienced outdoor enthusiast with natural leadership skills and a drive to learn the ins and outs of park operations? Do you take pride in setting the standard for guest safety, exceptional service, and teamwork? We are looking for a Lead Guide to join the team at Revolution Adventures! In this role, you'll be a core player on the front lines—guiding guests, mastering all of our outdoor activities, and setting the benchmark for performance. More than that, we are looking for someone with the growth mindset and work ethic to step into cross-training, inventory management, and operational leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:
Mastering & Guiding All Park Activities:
Becoming fully proficient and certified across all of Revolution's off-road and target activities—leading tours, running stations, and ensuring guest safety and fun every step of the way. Leading by
Example:
Setting the gold standard for professionalism, work ethic, punctuality, and guest engagement for the entire guide team.
Team Training & Mentorship:
Assisting with cross-training new and current guides on activity safety protocols, guest service standards, and operational flow. Operations & Inventory (Future Growth): Willingness and ability to learn behind-the-scenes operations, including gear/equipment inventory, equipment checks, fleet maintenance schedules, and opening/closing park procedures.
Communication & Execution:
Clearly receiving instructions from management, conveying them effectively to the crew, and stepping up to lead team flow during busy shifts.

Eager to learn new technical, administrative, and operational skills beyond standard guide duties.

Excellent ability to follow instructions precisely and clearly communicate expectations to fellow guides and guests.
Outdoor Resilience:
100% comfortable working long hours outdoors in all weather conditions, staying high-energy and focused.
