- Part-time The Club Attendant is responsible for providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for residents and guests using the community's outdoor bike pump track.
- Welcome homeowners, residents, and their guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Verify resident eligibility and check participants into the bike pump track.
- Ensure all required liability waivers are completed and maintained according to community procedures.
- Monitor the bike pump track to promote safe use and adherence to posted rules and regulations.
- Observe participants for unsafe behavior and address rule violations courteously and consistently.
- Respond appropriately to minor incidents and immediately notify management or emergency services when necessary.
- Assist children and families by answering questions and providing general information about facility rules and amenities.
- Maintain accurate attendance and incident records as required.
- Perform routine inspections of the track and surrounding area, reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Keep the facility clean and presentable by picking up litter, organizing equipment, and maintaining the check-in area.
- Set up and store tables, signage, and other operational materials as needed.
- Assist with special events or community programs held at the bike pump track. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous customer service, recreation, hospitality, or park attendant experience preferred.
- Experience working with children and families is a plus.
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain attentive and exercise good judgment in a safety-focused environment.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying Florida weather conditions, including heat, humidity, sun, wind, and occasional rain.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and perform light physical tasks associated with facility monitoring and setup.
- Visual and auditory ability to observe activity across the bike pump track and respond quickly to safety concerns. Work Environment
- Outdoor recreation facility located within a homeowners' association amenity center.
- Regular exposure to Florida weather conditions.
- Evening, weekend, holiday, and seasonal hours may be required based on facility operations and resident usage. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
