Opening Fall 2026 in the heart of Wynwood, Grotto is designed for connection, offering a lively environment where members and guests come to sweat, plunge, and restore—together. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Experience Guide to create memorable moments for our guests while ensuring their safety and comfort. As a key ambassador of our community, you will facilitate engaging experiences, manage guest interactions, and uphold safety protocols across our unique wellness environment. Your enthusiasm will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages connection and relaxation. Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly, providing information about amenities and guiding them through their experience Lead engaging tours and facilitate group activities to enhance guest enjoyment Monitor guest safety at all times, including overseeing sauna use, plunge pools, and outdoor spaces Enforce safety protocols such as manual handling procedures, first aid responses, CPR certification requirements, and emergency procedures Manage guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive environment Assist with event management for special gatherings or community programs hosted at the venue Support venue operations by processing cash transactions using POS systems and handling retail sales Skills Experience working with children and in hospitality or resort environments Strong background in events management and public speaking to engage diverse audiences Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations effectively Certified in first aid and CPR; lifeguard or water safety experience is a plus Familiarity with outdoor work environments, heavy lifting, manual handling, and safety protocol adherence Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Previous experience in theater or food service industries is advantageous for creating dynamic guest interactions Join us as an Experience Guide to help craft unforgettable wellness journeys while ensuring safety and exceptional service. $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
