Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant entertainment team as a Carousel Operator and become a key part of creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages! In this lively role, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining the carousel ride, ensuring a fun, smooth, and secure environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help guests enjoy their visit while adhering to safety standards and providing exceptional guest service. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic resort or amusement setting, combining hospitality, safety, and entertainment in one rewarding role. Duties Safely operate the carousel ride, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times Assist guests with boarding and disembarking, providing friendly and welcoming customer service Conduct routine inspections of the carousel equipment to ensure proper functioning and cleanliness Manage guest flow during peak times, maintaining order and resolving minor conflicts with professionalism Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable Provide engaging public speaking or announcements to enhance guest experience and share important safety information Support overall guest services by answering questions, guiding visitors, and promoting other park attractions or amenities Requirements (preferred not required) Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and effectively Experience working with children and understanding their needs for a safe and enjoyable experience Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting equipment, and performing routine maintenance checks Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interaction Knowledge of food service or hospitality operations is beneficial but not required Join us in delivering joy and excitement while ensuring safety remains our top priority! Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
