Match Position Summary:
Ensure visitors and entrants to the farm follow Bio-Security practices and protect the farm from unwanted visitors or trespassers. Position Responsibilities Maintain bio-security practices used for vehicles and visitors. Maintain contact with management as needed regarding visitors and guests on the farm. Spray incoming traffic with provided disinfectants. Ask appropriate questions of incoming trucks, vendors, and visitors as needed to maintain bio-security practices. Receive and send packages and mail as needed.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Primarily assigned to a shift but will require flexibility and include weekend and holiday work.
Qualifications:
1-2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred. General understanding of biosecurity protocols Bilingual a plus!
Reporting to the position:
Production Manager Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time on concrete and/or uneven floors. Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift at least 25 lbs. frequently throughout the day. Powered by JazzHR
