Job Description

Fritz's Adventure is now hiring an Attractions Team Member for our location in Branson, Missouri. Fritz's is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes course, playgrounds and more. The Attractions Team Member plays a key role in creating safe, exciting, and memorable experiences for every guest. Team Members operate attractions, assist guests with safety gear, and provide friendly, enthusiastic service throughout the park. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy adventure, teamwork, and helping guests challenge themselves in a fun, energetic environment
Key Responsibilities:
Presentation and Cleanliness Keep attraction zones, queue lines, and guest waiting areas clean and presentable. Support light custodial tasks, including trash collection, equipment wiping, and sanitization. Ensure each attraction is clean and maintained. Safety Operations Perform daily attraction inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns to a supervisor. Follow all safety and operational procedures consistently. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area. Participate in emergency or evacuation procedures when needed. Enforce park and attraction rules with professionalism and courtesy. Guest Experience Create WOW moments with a welcoming, enthusiastic, and guest-focused atmosphere. Welcome guests warmly and ensure a friendly, professional atmosphere at all times. Provide clear and engaging instructions for each attraction, ensuring guests understand rules and safety procedures. Assist guests with harnesses, helmets, and other safety equipment as required. Monitor guest activity to ensure safe participation and compliance with attraction guidelines. Respond promptly to guest questions, concerns, or assistance needs. Support a positive, energetic, and family-friendly park environment. Teamwork and Communication Work collaboratively with fellow team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations. Communicate clearly via radio or other park communication systems. Assist in cross-training across multiple attractions or roles as needed. Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in attractions, outdoor recreation, or adventure operations preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys interacting with guests of all ages. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to work at heights up to 75 feet through attraction harness and safety structures. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing and equipment setup. Standing, climbing and moving for long periods of time. Must be 16 years or older. Must have reliable transportation.
Schedule Environment:
Part-time hourly position; nights, weekends, holidays and peak season availability are required. Indoor and outdoor work environment with variable weather and physical activity.
