THE JOB:
As a Mini Bar Coordinator at The Cosmopolitan, you'll be at the heart of the action, driving revenue, ensuring accuracy, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing financials to being the go-to expert for all minibar operations, your role is key to creating a seamless and elevated guest experience. $20.00 THEDAY-TO-DAY
Review charges/credits in the Minibar Suspense/Dispute accounts. Move credits/charges to the correct guest folio. Settle guest accounts accordingly and in a timely manner. Create and update Excel Spreadsheets. Research variances to ensure charges are posted correctly. Research all guest disputes. Work closely with the accounting team. Perform weekly money transfers. Answer telephones and respond to general inquiries. Direct work orders and guest requests pertaining to the Minibar. General office and paper filing. Interact with peers.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
6+ months of prior relevant customer service experience Auditing systems or accounting experience is a plus High School Diploma or GED Must be 21 years of age or olderTHE PERKS & BENEFITS
