Canoe Shack at Rollins Pond Campground While our primary hiring focus is for the 2027 camping season , we're excited to offer the right candidate the opportunity to start this August 2026 . Starting this season gives you the chance to learn the ropes, get comfortable with our operation, and become a key member of the team before the busy 2027 season begins. Think of it as getting paid to train while enjoying the last few weeks of summer on the water! We are open mid-June through September 2nd Up to 40 hours per week Four 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday 3 day weekends Spend your summer on the water instead of behind a desk! Do you enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, and helping families have an unforgettable vacation? If so, we'd love to have you join our team! The Rollins Pond Boat Livery has been helping campers explore beautiful Rollins Pond for over 50 years. We're looking for energetic, friendly people who love customer service and aren't afraid to get their feet a little wet. What You'll Do Welcome campers with a smile and help them choose the perfect boat. Rent canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and rowboats. Fit customers with life jackets and review basic boating safety. Launch and receive boats at the beach Answer questions about the lake and surrounding area. Keep boats, paddles, and equipment clean and ready for the next adventure. Process rentals and payments. Help keep the rental area clean, organized, and running smoothly. What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality. Reliable, honest, and punctual. Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Able to lift and move boats, paddles, and life jackets Great communication and customer service skills. Must enjoy working with families, campers, and fellow teammates.
