Overview Join our dynamic team as a Campground Assistant and be the welcoming face of our outdoor hospitality experience! In this lively role, you will oversee guest check-ins, provide general lawn care annd maintain equipment and ensure the smooth operation of our campground facilities. . This paid position offers free housing, opportunity to work in Allegheny National Forest where hospitality, guest relations, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities help to maintain grounds and vacant camp sites Mechanical knowledge a must for equipment related to a small campground of 300 sites Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restrooms Support nightly operations such as night audits or late-night guest assistance to ensure safety and satisfaction during all hours Collaborate with team members to resolve guest concerns promptly, fostering positive guest relations and hospitality standards Qualifications Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or nights as needed for night audit or late shifts Mechanical knowledge a must for equipment related to ground maintenance !
