September through November 1 Goose Ridge Estate Vineyards & Winery is hiring friendly, energetic and dependable team members for our Fall Farm Festival. This is a temporary, seasonal position helping us create a welcoming, safe and memorable experience for families. What You'll Do Fall Festival team members may work in several areas throughout the festival, including: Welcoming guests and answering questions Directing vehicles to designated parking areas Assisting with festival admission and check-in Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions Helping with pumpkin sales and seasonal merchandise Monitoring family activities and helping guests participate safely Restocking pumpkins, supplies and merchandise Maintaining clean, organized and inviting festival areas Assisting with opening, closing, setup and cleanup Supporting other festival areas as needed What We're Looking For Applicants must be 18 years of age or older A friendly, positive and guest-focused attitude Dependability and punctuality Strong communication skills A willingness to work as part of a team and assist wherever needed Comfort interacting with families and children Confidence directing vehicles and communicating clearly with drivers Awareness of pedestrian and vehicle safety Ability to follow instructions and festival safety procedures Ability to remain active and on your feet for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in changing fall weather Ability to bend, reach and lift up to 50 lbs Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, parking or event experience is helpful but not required Schedule and Seasonal Commitment This is a temporary, seasonal Fall Festival position Employment runs from September through November 1 Most shifts will take place on weekends from 9am to 10pm Weekend availability is required Some weekday, evening and holiday availability may be requested Hours will vary depending on festival attendance, weather and operational needs Applicants who are available for the full festival season are strongly preferred This position is expected to conclude at the end of the Farm Festival season on November 1 Compensation $17.13 per hour Join Our Farm Festival Team!
