Job Title:

Cultivation Quality Control Specialist Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cultivation Quality Controllers. This is a hands-on role that involves physical labor and working each day in a fast-paced agricultural environment grooming cannabis flower. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: Daily contact with dried cannabis plants. Lifting and bending for extended periods. Working under agricultural lights. Wearing protective garments over their clothes as required. Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Producing a consistent quality product. Meeting expected daily production quotas, as set by leadership.

Work Schedule:

• Typically, Monday through Friday. • Typically, 6am to 2:30pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment.
