Responsibilities Verify electronic scrap materials against provided documentation. Check part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and general condition. Confirm the accuracy and completeness of inspection records. Review inventory and supporting documentation for discrepancies. Follow client-specific verification and traceability requirements. Submit clear and timely inspection reports with photographic evidence, typically within 24 hours of completing the assignment. Use Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare inspection documentation. Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and site contacts. Work independently while following detailed client instructions. Identify potential process risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Lift and move boxes and electronic equipment weighing approximately 25 pounds as needed during inspections.
